Not a good experience.
No technician was sent on the first scheduled date. A whole day was wasted because of that. They sent a technician "Brendan" on the next scheduled date. After the maintenance inspection, he is pushing us to purchase his carbon monoxide equipment. When I told him that I will talk to my wife about it, he got mad and do not listen at all. He eve ask me to wake my sleeping wife to decide at that time. My wife works night shift thus it is not good to wake her up. The technician is not listening to that and keep pushing! Overall experience is not good!
