Rip off. This office added extra unnecessary services to my initial visit . As standard practice they require two sets of xrays and a cancer screening. They offer the 2nd set of xrays at a reduced price because insurance won't cover it. Is it necessary? NO...but it is a way to pad their bottom line and take money from insured patients that they shouldn't pay. I can only imagine what they take from people without insurance.

If it were possible I wouldn't give any stars, my first visit they tried to tell me I needed all types of treatment when I've never ever had any problems with my teeth, not even a cavity. I was there for close to 3 hours and still didn't get my teeth cleaned, had to go back for a cleaning. Then when I checked out I realized that they owed me money from my 1st visit, but they didn't even tell me. Said they would just deduct from it so I wouldn't have to pay on my next visit. I told them that I wasn't coming back and instead wanted my $ back. Apparently they overcharged me on my 1st visit, that was back in Oct 08, I'm still waiting to receive the refund that they owe me and it's now Feb 09!

This was the worst dental experience of my life! Patients beware! they are extremely unprofessional and will try to talk you into UNNECESSARY treatments! On the first visit they didn't clean my teeth because they made me wait FOREVER and then took blamed it on "initial visit." They tried to get me to sign a treatment plan for almost $5000 out of my pocket even though I have insurance! On my second visit to have teeth cleaned they made me wait over TWO HOURS and then STILL didn't clean my teeth becuast it was 7pm! My appointment was at 4:30pm! I waited all this time FOR NOTHING! They asked me to come back the next day after slapping an additional $1,000 bill in my face for additional items they wanted to do that wasn't under insurance (since I didnt agree to the previous $5,000 bill). I have excellent insurance and all the items were just flatly unnecessary. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. YOU WILL BE GREATLY DISAPPOINTED.
