Thanks Charlie I lost flow thru my #2 spa pump and was stumped why it failed since it was just a year old. Mr East personally came to my home and removed the pump, took it apart on site from the impeller manifold and showed me a broken impeller...voila... problem quickly solved. Charlie was most professional and congenial...a big plus to rely on for help as my hot tub is from 1993. We are lucky to have Charlie and Coastside Services in our area.

Charlie did a great job fixing our hot tub! He was professional, courteous, and responsive/accessible. I really like that he cared about our safety and provided a lot of additional insight how to keep our spa running safely and efficiently. His rates were reasonable and I trust his opinion and work. He's the "go to guy" for spa repair and maintenance in the area!

Charlie has repaired my hot tub a handful of times and always does a complete and thorough job, not to mention his prices are very reasonable and he doesn't insist on selling me new parts. He's really good at fixing old parts. I trust him and highly recommend his services.

Charles was the only one of three merchants who called me back when I was having problems installing memory in my laptop. he actually listened to what I was saying, was very patient, clearly explained my options and offered to look at my system if I couldn't fix it myself, which I was able to do with his help. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to my friends!

COASTSIDE SERVICE CAME TO MY HOUSE, CHECKED OUT AND REPAIRED MY HOT TUB AND WAS VERY REASONABLE WITH HIS BILLING. CHARLIE WAS AND IS QUITE KNOWAGEABLE WITH ALL THINGS RELATING TO HOT TUBS. HE FOUND MY PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND HAD THE PART I NEEDED . I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE ON THE COAST WITH A HOT TUB.

Charles has been servicing my computers for about 20 years. I live in New Mexico. I was extremely disappointed when he moved to California; however, he offers remote services which are excellent. We may be 1,300 miles apart, but he can still offer me quality services remotely. Pretty awesome!

My second, mainly email-use computer crashed and Charles East with Coastside Services expended major effort that very evening while I waited, on a very difficult job of extracting essential data I needed, got all but 1 item off the dead computer. He then set me up within 1 day with an an inexpensive but effective replacement within my limited budget-- a Linux-based used computer-- and made sure it worked right. All this for a very reasonable price, computer still running fine so far 4 months later.

We are very satisfied with the service we received from Charles East of Coastside Services. Our phone calls or e-mail requests for service are always answered promptly. Charles has always resolved the problems with our computer and has instructed us in using software programs we have installed. I would not hesitate to recommend his service to our friends. We have used his services for over 5 years.

Charles East has been wonderfull to work with. When Buy Direct.com sent me a spa with problems and refused to provide any support, they finally referred me to Charles at Coastline Services who sent me free replacement parts and spent time on the phone assisting me and m spa tech to fix this non-standard spa. What more could a person ask for?
