Colony Air Conditioning & Heating

I was happy with the conduct of the installers. They did a good job in all respects except one area. The outside box (I believe it was called the disconnect box) was not wired according to code. After a follow-up call, the installers corrected the problem promptly. All in all, I would recommend this company to others.

I have used the folks at Colony Air and Heating a number of times in my real estate business. The are outstanding! The promptly schedule my appointment, show upon time, every tech is professional and considerate of my time and also the property. I will always use them.

Our 15+AC unit went out on us AGAIN this season. It happened at the beginning of this week 8/23. With temperatures in the 100’s we were petrified and although we had already decided to replace the entire unit, and had done our research; where would we find a company that was able and willing to take on this job almost immediately… We called Colony Air Conditioning, a company that was recommended to us by an acquaintance for their knowledgeable staff, quick process and reasonable prices. Well, they were right! The Team of Technicians arrived the very next morning. They had with them all the necessary parts and supplies. They worked fast, neatly and professionally with great attitudes. Couldn’t have asked for a better installation process.

When our air conditioning went out on the 15th day of a 100+ degree heat wave, we feared it would at least a couple of days before someone would get out. So we could not have been more pleased when Colony Air Conditioning came out the very next morning. Their dispatcher called us first thing with a cheery attitude and told us she would have someone out first thing. Out air was fixed before noon. We have used Colony Air Conditioing for several years and highly recommend them to everyone. They are fair and honest in addition to being courteous.

My Tech Carl came and fixed the air conditioner in a very timely manner. He was courtious friendly and knowledgeable. Again I want to thank you for the quick response. I was able to cool down in a very short time. My home at the time was 91 degrees and I was very happy with his mannner. Thank you

We were referred to Colony by friends and we couldn't be happier. The visit was as good as I've seen. Polite with a genuine honest demeanor. I don't like to spend money to fix things, but at least I know who to call when the time comes. I think the biggest difference between this company and others was that Colony seemed to really care about me--like they really wanted my business.
