My loan officer recommeded Dan.....with new construction and some concerns, I truly wanted an unbiased inspector prior to closing. My family was new to the area and placed trust in an inspector with a military background who understands concerns with frequent moves. I appreciate the quick appointment and professional report that enabled repairs prior to closing. You will be recommended in the future.
