Compucare Computer Services

My review of Compucare I had several problems with my computer Slow boot Slow when opening applications FireFox crashes Tab doesn’t work in Gmail. It jumps all over the page. Microsoft Security was deleted as much as possible but Microsoft Firewall had to be turned off. Sometimes the printer is slow to start working sometimes doesn’t work The whole thing just doesn’t feel right. When trying to sign on to Bonk of America web site, Xfinity interferes I was very surprised when the computer was returned only one and ½ days later and is working well. The cost was very reasonable. The service and follow up from Compucare is exceptional! The response time is fantastic and they always take the time to offer suggestions with various options for you to consider. As our computers are our lifelines to work, having Compucare as a resource provides the peace and security I need to know my problems will be resolved. For times when you are not in crisis, they also provide new computer setup and complete back up… full service!

We have been customers of Compucare since about 1998 or so, and Allan has saved the day every time! Whether we were in need of emergency computer repair services, or in need of a new computer at a very reasonable price, Allan has been able to provided us with exactly what we needed, and then some. He doesn't hesitate to go above and beyond to help his customers, HIs prices are fair, and he won't try to sell anyone something they don't need or want. I highly recommend Allan and Compucare to anyone who is in need of computer related services - he'll treat you right!

Allan saved me when I thought I had lost everything on my computer! He rid my computer of a nasty virus. He is knowledgeable and explains everything to the "common folk". His prices are fair and he went the extra mile for us at every level of service. He is always willing to happily answer a question and walk us through an emergency. Thank you for fixing our computer and manning it with the latest anti-virus program so that we don't go through this again. I would recommend him to everyone!

I highly recommend Compucare to anyone with computer problems. They are highly knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Their prices are also very resonable. Will go back to Compucare with all my computer needs.
