Our primary focus is to teach self-defense, self-discipline, self-control, promote weight loss, increase flexibility, stamina and strength while having fun. We practice both traditional as well as modern and Olympic style Taekwondo for all ages. Excellent Teacher
This is the 3rd martial arts school I've tried this year and wow, Master Cooper is by far the most knowledgable, most experienced, and best fighter I've ever met. Definitely going to sign up here for taekwondo, and probably cardio kickboxing too.

the best work out i have had in a long time
Just wanted to say that i took part in the cardio kick boxing class last night and that was one of the best work outs i have had in a very long time! you guys are great!!

New Student
I just joined this school and like variety of styles offered in this school. I also love the fact that I can train right after my gym visit since this school is right across from Planet Fitness. Love the combination of lifting weights then following up with a Martial Art workout.

Great school!
The school is awesome! I always get a great workout and my flexibility and kicks have gotten so much better ever since I started training under Master Cooper. This school also offers Mixed Martial arts where he applies Muay Thai and Ground and Pound system. Overall, this is a great school and on Saturday mornings, school is open for unstructured open floor training so we can all work individually or with others in areas that we need to work on. Five star rating!!
