Corporate Mail Refund is in the business of getting late overnight refunds, from FedEx,UPS,DHL and from any other company that has a overnight policy. Do you know that FedEx,UPS and DHL deliver 20 to 30% packages late? A package is considered late even if it's 60 seconds late. Late is late. A full refund is owed to the sender on all late packages.
FedEx,UPS and DHL policies state that a sender has only 15 days from the day a package was sent to request a full refund. If a refund is not requested within those 15 days,FedEx,UPS and DHL owes nothing.

I am sure at one time or another we all wish we knew of this service. If you are life me you have experienced your clients receiving late packages which where suppose to be deliver by a certain time but through neglect and the sometimes the "I don't care attitude of many," the time frame was missed and I had some very upset clients who were waiting for the packages.
