Coyote Custom Embroidery

NEVER has anything done on time. We have taken our business to her dozens of times and not once has she kept her word on a time to be finished. The final straw was when we needed a name tape done and she said it would only take a day; three weeks later it was still not done.

This would be a great place to go if she didn't take FOREVER to finish her orders. It may be cheap to get patches made, but for a three month waiting period it is better to just go through MardonCo or some other more expensive company. When I was in the military I had to go through her frequently for flight suit patches and I would always give her a deadline and at least two weeks to work on them. She was done on time once and the rest of the times the deadline was more of a suggestion to her. When confronted about deadlines she always has some sap story about why she couldn't finish on time. A tree fell on her house, an insurance claim, a colonoscopy. No, I'm not kidding. It is that bad. I would always give her an extension, and most of the time she would be late yet again. IF YOU CAN'T MAKE A DEADLINE, SAY SO!!! Don't wait until I come to pick something up to tell me that it isn't done!!!
