pleased with home I have rented
I am not for sure what that first review was all about, but I have been a tenant of Crager-Bartels for 6 years, first in a duplex in Broadripple and then as a tenant in a single family home they manage. I have been happy with the quick response to issues and I really like the ability to pay rent online and fill out work orders online. www.fixmyindyhome.com More technically savvy then other companies my friends rent homes from.

We have been tenants for 7 years and have had great service with Crager-Bartels Real Estate. They have promptly repaired items that needed repaired as well as handled our calls quickly and efficiently. A few months ago we ended up purchasing a home directly through their real estate services and have been very happy with their expertise and help throughout this process. I was a new home owner and needed a lot of hand holding. Thanks again!

shitty service. nothing gets fixed. no air conditioning for a month. dish washer been broken whole time.
