Crown Vicky Limousine Service Vern

I have a tendency to push the envelope when it comes to making flights. I have to admit though that I have never been late when Crown Vicky takes me, whether in rain, sleet, or snow (and believe me, they have driven me through all). Always seem to find the best route. The cars are clean & comfortable, and there's always a bottle of water should you need it. The drivers, to a man, know their way around and are quite courteous (I remember a pickup of my mother which impressed.) Most important, if they are full up on the day you need them, Dave has found me a replacement driver. Going the extra mile to satisfy customers is why I've used Crown Vicky for 12 years (and counting).

Prompt service and clean car. Friendly conversation, too. But the driver was savvy and aware of route alternatives when a bad traffic jam occurred on the Washington Bridge (due to an early morning fatal truck accident) this week. In spite of obstacles not of his making, he was able to get me to La Guardia airport with time to spare. Thank you, Crown Vicky, for making sure I made my flight.
