Curves of Northgate has the distinction of being the first Curves in Seattle and has introduced over 1,000 women to the benefits of Curves. Women at Curves burn up to 500 calories in 30 minutes of strength training, aerobics, and flexibility stretching. With our CurvesSmart equipment, results are guaranteed. Our fitness coaches remain in the circuit to compel, correct, and celebrate our members to perform as safe and effective a workout as possible. Curves of Northgate is dedicated to helping each member achieve her specific goals whether her goal is weight reduction, toning or just staying fit. We sponsor a food drive, raise money for critically ill children and in October support Breast Cancer Awareness month.
