Everything about Curves has been an added bonus in my life....The Curves Smart system is amazeing along with the cuvescomplete eating and fitness plan! I am well on my way to my goals and could not be happier!!!!

'Leslie at Allegan Curves and I sat down the other night and talked about all the things happening at Curves. What impressed me most is her HEART FELT CONNECTION she has to all of her clients. The pride she feels when you reach a goal and the tears of joy that literally well up in her eyes when she sees the transformations in not only your physical appearance but your personal lives made me realize that she is someone who lives in her heart and shares all that she is. I'm a Curves member and let me telll you it works! I've lost 25 inches and 26 pounds my body fat % has dropped from a 49 to 38 and my Doctor is excited to see my results. I travel to other Curves with a travel card when I can't make it into my own Curves. I'm excited about the weight loss class starting in Janurary on the 5th 2008. Do Curves it WORKS>

I joined Allegan Curves a couple months ago and I love it! I've lost inches and weight my body fat percentage has come down too. I now have 2 of my friends working out with me, we meet at Curves 3 days a week, it's like a girls day out, and no kids! We workout and talk about whats going on in our lives. I can' believe I can lose weight while talking with my girl friends. It's our place and no men!

I workout at Curves just 3 times a week and I have had great results, I've lost inches and pounds my body fat has come down and I am off most of my meds. The girls that work at Curves in Allegan are great and very supportive. Going to Curves is like working out with friends or family. Thanks you, Allegan Curves I think your great!
