I needed to get some windows guards removed and updated to ones with escape areas for insurance purposes called 4 other companies and did not get a call back it was for only 3 window guards i guess thats a small job thats why.I talked to one of the people from the Brownstoners of Bedfordstuyvesant and they said to call Custom Metal i said to my self lets see if they show they did cut them out and made the openings and i passed my inspection .i recently called them back for a cellar door

I needed a cellar door but the shape of it is lets say like aslanted rectangle called 3 other companys and they did not even show up.They came out they made the framing right on site great job.

Due to an unfortunate break in to a close friend, i acted quickly about having my roof hatched replaced to put my thoughts at ease. I called multiple companies ( 3 to be exact). These companies set up dates and times to come out to give me a quote. I was stood up on all of them. Then, a neighbor told me about this company. I was hesitant cause I been stood up before. I gave them a try and they came out on time. The estimator was friendly and professional. I set up a date and time for the work to be done. They came out and was at my property even before i was awake (silly me for over sleeping). The secretary called me to let me know they were outside. They got to my property 40 mins early and the finished work looked great. I would recommend them for doing your ironwork. Keep it up Custom Metal!

Recently someone tried breaking into my home but was unsuccessful, thank God. I called Custom Metal Products the following morning, had an estimate scheduled quick & easy, and the gentleman came out a short while later. He came prepared and had options of choice. He gave me the options of a mesh gate or a glass cover. It just so happened that i recently redesigned my door and i wanted to show it off, so a glass cover was my choice. The work was done smoothly and in a great time frame. Now i have the added security that i need and my lovely door is able to shine. Two birds with one stone.

While enjoying a quiet night with my wife, we began to hear foot steps above us. I went upstairs to check it out and when i reached the top, i could hear jolting.
