My Wife agreed to a guy that was going door-to-door to schedule a "free estimate" for windows from these guys. They wouldn't schedule it with just one spouse, they wanted us both there. (This should have been a clue that they were going to try and close the deal that day no matter what. Live and learn, never again.) What I thought would be a 20-30 minute presentation turned into a 3 hour, high-pressure, horrible experience of a sales pitch. They would not leave no matter how many times we said “Could you please just give us a quote and let us look it over and think about it.” In fact, they never even left us a written estimate. I still can't believe that anyone still uses these kinds of harsh sales tactics. The sad thing is that it must work or they wouldn't be doing it. Do not, under any circumstances, let salespeople from Custom Remodelers Inc. into your home.

will never recommend this company to anyone. Completely unprofessional; incredibly sloppy craftsmanship from contractor (wish I could post photos); rarely return phone calls; left trash all over my yard; cracked one of our brand new frames; the job is taking forever, coming up on 9 weeks and won't have new frame in for another 3 weeks; had to follow the contractor around the house and point out every sloppy detail and had to repeat several times to get right on all of them; Unfortunately, I could go on and on. I am finishing some of the work myself to avoid having to deal with the contractor. CRI has been unsupportive and I would never, ever refer them to anyone.
