"I called Vince after work one afternoon and his guys were at my house within the hour. He quoted me a price over the phone (which was already less than another quote I had received) and that's all I ended up paying even though they had to come back the next day to finish the job. They were honest, professional, and thorough. The only reason they had to come back the next day was because we thought our dryer vent was on the roof and it was after sundown. It turns out the vent is on our patio."

Everyone was very polite and helpful - it turned out the job was more complicated than anticipated (because of bad construction) but they were very nice about it - didn't complain or charge me extra. They were great - it was a very good experience.

"At first I thought their price for cleaning a dryer vent was overpriced. After I saw how they cleaned up the dryer vent and the amount of lint and dirt they found I realized that the previous company that cleaned my dryer vent for half the price didn't really do much. I would highly recommend them and probably use them next year to clean my AC vents"
