When or offer got accepted on our Brentwood home an ordinary inspector would not work for us. We tried Elite Group and Larocca Inspections on past properties and were sick of everything needing further evaluation by other trade professionals. After all why hire an inspector that just differs everything to a contractor. LAME!

We chose David Home Inspection this time around. We have used our Realtors recommended inspector on other transactions in the past and were satisfied but not impressed. This home is the most expensive to-date. My boss used David Home Inspection back in May and was more than happy with the findings and so were we. We chose David home inspection based on referrals and reviews that we read here on merchant circle. With that I felt it only necessary that we should leave review in return. We rated David home inspection five stars based on several things we felt were important.
1. Probably the most professional image we've seen in any home inspection company.
2. David's ability to identify the issues with our home.
3. Price. The ability to hire such a professional at such a reasonable rate.
4. Top test equipment.
5. We got our report the next morning.

Man this guy was thorough. He looked at every little thing. He covered the whole inspection picture by picture. We would use him again. My boss is going to use him this week too.

My wife had David inspect her first home 5 years ago. So when we got married we were happy we could have him inspect our new home in Dana Point. I wanted to follow David as he inspected the home and he was more than accommodating. As he described the things that needed repair and why, well, I got brain over load. How does he remember this stuff. Moreover every bit of it was in the report. Isn't that what we all want. All the info we can get. Even if it is info overload.

What a tool box. My inspector came out to our home with a tool box full of test equipment. I was so surprised at all technical equipment that David's company had. My last home inspector showed up with a flashlight and clipboard. Thanks for the exceptional service.

We were looking to relocate to California when we found a wonderful home in Altadina. We met our Realtor and put in an offer the same day. After some back and forth we had an accepted offer and were were ready to move forward. We did a Google search of Home Inspection companies in the area and found David Home Inspection services. On Friday we had David of David Home Inspection Service come out to perform and inspection on our 7,000 Square foot residence in Los Angeles. A past client gave him 5 stars on yelp. This past Sunday David the owner of David Home Inspection Services completed a home inspection for us on a 1945 home. We chose him based on the reviews we found on this website. And boy was I satisfied with his performance and knowledge of home construction. Not to mention he had some cool test equipment. We found 3 gas leaks! Thanks again David...

I just bought my first home in Rialto and was not sure of what to expect from my home inspector. I spoke to David on the phone he was very informative and gave me a quote along with an overview of what I would be receiving with my inspection... I have to say that those $350 were well spent. I was very happy with his exceptional work. Would reccomed to anyone who is buying a new home.

It was filled with lots of great information regarding home inspections. When I called David he picked up the phone and was so pleasant. David was at our home on Tuesday to complete our home inspection. The home was 2800 sq ft. 4 bd 3 ba. The inspection fee was $325. This price was right on par with three other prices I got from other local inspectors. My wife is the kind of person that does a full background check on any person we hire. And everything we were able to find on David Home Inspection Service was great. Even his competion say's great things about him. David arrived at our home 15 min early eager to get started. Everything from his truck to his tools were clean neat and organized. The inspection took a little over 3 hours to complete. The report was well put together and computer generated. The report was sent via email 4 hours following the home inspection. Our home was valued at $950,000 and I felt comfortable knowing our inspectors skills more than matched our investment.
