Experience shows that people do more business with peolpe who beleive in what they do. I BELIEVE THAT EVEN WHEN CLIENTS ARE AWARE OF WHAT HOMES ARE FOR SALE IN THEIR AREA, THEY ARE AWARE OF THE NATURE AND THE MAGNAITUDE OF BENEFITS THEY CAN REALIZE BY CREATIVE CONSULTING, NO-NONSSENSE NEGOTIATING, AND CAREFUL OVERSEEING OF THE DETAILS. When it's time to buy or sell a home you must have a person representing your intetrest more than they are representing their commission check. When you work with a Real Estate Consultant who works By Referral Only, they must have integrity or else they have no future business. Work with a Real Estate Constultant who relies 100% on referrals because it means they have a high-inhtegrity approach to representing your best interest, because they have to.
