Delorm Tracy L DDS

I must say the person that wrote the unresponsive and said don't go here is crazy. There is always two sides to the story and I believe after reading it that the woman has issues, very bad issues. Seems like dad is working with a crazy woman. This DDS is great. SHe really needs to shut her mouth and that's my 2 cents.

Do not go here. Customer service was terrible. I went through a LOT to establish my daughter as a patient here. She is on her stepmother's insurance and after a month of haggling to get the stepmother to contact Tracy's office, she finally did so that the office was able to bill the insurance. Did my daughter get an appointment? NO. The office will not respond to any of my phone calls. I emailed Tracy DeLorm directly and told her I was not happy with her office not even acknowledging my phone calls/voicemails, especially when they ALL know (Tracy, Mary, & Judy) knew the situation. They repeatedly told me they would all me as soon as the billing info was received so that they could schedule my daughter. Did Tracy acknowledge my email? No. No response and it has been over 2 weeks. Sad, too, because I actually volunteer with her on a community board, though she has never been there any of the times I have so, it will be itneresting when and if we do meet. NOT HAPPY!
