The carne asada tacos where the best! The flavor was so rich and yummy! Im getting hungry just thinking of them. I recommend to anyone looking for good tacos to cater.

I'd never looked for a caterer based on reviews. This is just what I did when I found Taco Cart Catering. Living out of state and doing all the planning online was a first for me. I was so nervous because it was for our wedding reception. Incredible. Food was delicious. The caterers were so polite and ready to fix what the guests requested on their plates. We said 6:30 pm. They were there at 5:30 pm setting up and cooking. So glad they were available. So many of our guests requested their business cards for future events. thank you. thank you. thank you. Total success...

We hired this taco service for a grad party and it was a huge success. The food taste was great, and the cook was very clean and professional. We used Dianas before and now they are our only cater for all our special events.

We hired Dianas Tacos for our party this past Saturday, and I have to say the food was the Best Mexican food I have ever tasted. The tacos had so good flavor better than any restaurant I have ever tasted. The salsas were very unique not bold like others. Everything was perfect. Very clean, on time, friendly, affordable, great taste....Thank you. We also got the package deal with the Margarita Machine and we kept it overnight at no extra charge. We will be calling you guys back next month for our son's graduation party. Thank you.

We called Diana's Taco Catering based on the reviews. We were not disappointed at all. We live in south Orange County and could not find anything out here with authentic mexican food. The tacos, beans, rice, salsa bar & margarita machine were the absolute best. All of our friends & family were amazed at how good everything was. We will definitely use Diana's again in the future.

DIANA'S TACOS catered my 50th Birthday Bash...let me say they are FANTASTIC!!! Everyone at my party raved the taste of the food...3 kinds of meat, rice, beans, quesadillas & salsa bar....everything was fresh fresh fresh.....I'm craving it NOW. The staff was prompt, friendly & professional. All my guests asked where we found these gods of the taco... Diana's Tacos will be at our next party...DEFINITELY !!!!!!

last night we used Diana's Taco Catering to feed our crazy group of tequila drinking music playing friends, and they did a fantastic job! great service, fantastic tacos......everyone raved! only comment is that the "mild" salsa was not mild at all, too spicy! should have a mild option. i HIGHLY recommend
