I have been doing business with Direct Diamond since it began. The Burroughs family has been known to me all my life. I moved to SC several years ago, but while visiting family in Oxford I called Clara to see if she could repair a ring my son designed for me (at Direct Diamond) for Mother's Day, 1991. I had previously had a repair done in SC and was not happy with it. Clara repaired the ring for me in 1 day and arranged for me to pick it up in Soiuthford. Kudos, Clara!!!
