I likethis store. Staff friendly, great selection even for my wide 4e feet. Prices are good. They should have any type of shoe or boot you need.

Its a great place to buy shoes, but if your expecting a refund, once you get home and they dont feel so good , you will only get a instore credit or exchange. if your not a local this might not be so great. good luck and happy shopping!

I am a yankee transplant and love discount shoes, not everyone from the norther states are the same! Back off with that closed minded BS! I thought the staff was helpful and I was able to exchange a pair of shoes that did not feel right.

Great selection of name brand shoes at low prices. To the people who left reviews saying staff was rude: I'll bet you are demanding transplanted yankees who complain and demand about everything. I love the staff there - they have always been extremely friendly and helpful. Why don't you try a smile and a please/thank you once in a while?

I agree with the statement about RUDE check out people. I use to buy shoes and boots there. Not anymore. Shop at Tops for Shoes in Asheville Excellent customer service. Yes you do get what you pay for.

I have been buying shoes there for 3 years now. We go to Asheville almost every year and stumbled upon it accidentally. I have spent hours trying on shoes with my aunt there. We are both hard to fit and have had excellent services there. My latest discovery there is Allegria shoes. . . very comfy. . . discount price. . . going back soon for another pair!!

I agree that the check out folks are not friendly. I am sure the owner is nice but some of his employees do act like you are bothering them when you are checking out, and sometimes when you ask for help with shoes, especially women and childrens. Must not matter because the place is always packed.
