Dowling Property Management LLC

As an investor, I've used Dowling Property Management for over 10 years. I've found them to be reliable and responsive to both me and the tenants they've placed in my properties. Based on my experiences, I would recommend Dowling as a service provider. They market the properties, screen potential renters, handle maintenance issues and provide me with monthly statements.

Be careful about Dowling Property Management. They try everything they can to withold money from the tenant and owner. They do not have the owner's best interest in terms of property management, they do not do repairs in a timely fashion, nor do they maintain the property what so ever, usually the owner eventually has to do it himself. They are rude and unprofessional to the tenants, and are questionable in their pratices, other property management companies I have dealt with have been far superior in their service than Dowling properties, I would never use them again. They should get 0 stars, it would be interesting to see what comment they will make to try and cover their true intentions. No one should use them.
