The programs are so flexible and I love that they are custom-fit to my needs and goals! You are only going to get what you put into something, but Dr. Rogers and her staff support you every step of the way!! BTW- the products are so delicious and very reasonably priced.

I have finally found a program that is working for me. I have been for 4 months now and down 30lbs. Different programs work for different people. But if you feel you have tried everything and nothing works, call Dr. Rogers and make an appt. I have to say she is also very affordable compare to other clinics.
