You can't get better !! Hands down.

I started taking this Muay Thai class for two main reasons.

1. Physical fitness. Working from home, I don't get out as much as I used to. My Son takes TaeKwonDo classes at this school, so when the Head teacher started a Muay Thai Kickboxing class, I knew I had to be a part. In just 3/4 months, my stomach turned into an abdomen!! (I haven't had one of thoses for 10+ years.) I feel better, look better and am eating better too.

2. "Agression control". I'm not a walking timebomb but, street fighting was a neccesity, not choice growing up. Now, I'm older and a family is in the picture, I no longer live that life but the "Street" is still there. This class provides the 'release' I was looking for.

Mr. Bigbee, is a former Navy Seal so you will get the class dicipline and encouragement you need in order to get to the next stage of your life. A 2nd -or- 3rd degree Black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Trains with UFC fighters, and, like 5 other Martial Art styles.[Search youtube.com for 'bigbee']
