In the process of using Dragonware for making my Clearwire payments only, I discovered they had a very friendly and helpful staff. I subsequently made purchases there that were actually cheaper than Best Buy and the product warranty's were equally good. This is a good business to deal with for computer concerns. RECOMMENDED.

Michelle and the folks at Dragonware Computers are so incredibly knowledgable and helpful, especially when it comes to Customer Service. They took an old dinosaur 40 gig hard drive tower of mine and rebuilt it into a 280 gig monster. This thing flies now! In just one business day, the tower was rebuilt and the BIOS was upgraded absolutely free. The folks there are all very pleasant to deal with and they even have a little 4 year old mascot that personally greets all the customers. If your PC or laptop needs a checkup or upgrade, then give the good folks at Dragonware Computers a shout. They'll fix you up right. We have two computers still in use that the folks at Dragonware built for us back in 2000, before they were even using the name Dragonware, and both are still going strong. Our main computer here at our shop was also built by Dragonware and purchased used by us. After four years running all day, six days a week, it's still going strong. I can't brag too much on the capabilities of these folks. Once they swapped-out a dead motherboard for me while I waited. What's more, unlike the folks in the big box stores - they stand 100% behind their work. I give them two thumbs up. I would give them more, but I've only got two thumbs.
