My wife was treated poorly and rude to her because she is Asian. They made her sign a statement stating she cannot sue them if she has implications from her oral surgery. The staff is very rude and unprofessional- they were gossiping and talk about the next meal.

This was the worst clinic I've ever been too. Never will go back to these crooks. Stuff is rude, dentists are more like sales people, trying to sell you as much as they can. Also, billed my insurance for services they did not provide. What a mess it was to deal with these crooks!

Very rude staff, prolonged my husband's surgery to fit there schedule, wouldn't call us back even the next day when my husband was in extreme PAIN, so therefore he would have to wait another 6 days to see his dentist, because he only does certain dental work on certain days of the week. Staff would not let me talk with the dentist, when (as a wife) I was extremely concerned about my husband. She was very rude in her tone, didn't let me finish speaking. I will NEVER return to this clinic.

The staff here is RUDE, right from the front desk clerks who chit chat on the phone while you stand there waiting to be helped to the dentists who don't call back when you leave a message on the emergency line.
