Initially I did not any issues with this property manager, however when I went through the motions for a potential lease, which I found on my own. Dupont did not provide me the lease up front to review, instead they gave it directly to the potential tenant. This was a problem, I did not agree with many of the clauses in their lease format and instead of working for me they were more inclined to support the potential tenant. The other centers around advertising. I did a check by googling my address and the only hits were the ones I put into the various web sites. The last bit of disapointment was when I informed the agency that I was dropping them as my management agency. Their contract had a clause that stated there was a $200.00 fee for dropping the contract, regardless of a rental or not. Normally there would not be a charge if it is not rented. Not with this company. We knew this upfront so shame on me. I would NOT recommend this agency to manage your property
