Dynamic Cleaning

I had several items that had been sitting with stains on them for over a year. Just never got them in. I took them in, and the young man who helped me was very polite, pointing out it might take a little more time, but that they'd do their best. I got them back a week later and they were completely clean. Absolutely great service.

I dropped off a suede coat for dry cleaning and zipper repair. The man who took the order said it would be sent out because it was leather. The leather place would replace the zipper, but he couldn't find the brochure with the prices. He didn't think it would be over $50, and told me to come back the next day. I paid $55 for the dry cleaning part. I went back. He had found the brochure. He said it would be $35 or $40.50 depending on how the leather place charged him. He said I could pay when I picked it up. I wrote down the prices on my invoice. When I picked it up, the zipper was not replaced. The same man was at the desk. He said there was no alteration tag, so no work had been done. I reminded him of our conversation, but he didn't say anything except he could replace the zipper, but it would cost $87. I told him I never would have had the coat dry cleaned if it was going to cost that much to have the zipper replaced. I asked about a manager, and he said he was the owner.
