Dynamic Touch Massage

I am very impressed by Dynamic Touch Massage therapeutic deep tissue work. I have been getting massages for years and they are in the best of the best in my book!

Katcha Minot at Dynamic Touch Massage Therapy is wonderful! I'm an athlete that also has Chronic Fatigue/Fibromyalgia, which can make workout recovery painful and difficult. I've had a lot of soft tissue injuries that have not responded well to NSAIDS, and PT has brought limited results. Katcha does an amazing job of zeroing in on the "trouble spots" and providing relief. After a course of PT for severe hip pain, I saw Katcha and felt better after one session with her than I did after PT! She is very "tuned in" to what both athletes and non-athletes need from massage therapy in order to stay healthy. My work with her is an integral part of my overall wellness program, and it allows me to continue to be active and to participate in sports. I am very grateful and would highly recommend her!

For 5+ years, Katch has been my therapist. Her therapeutic and deep tissue massage have been an incredible defense to the onset of carpal tunnel, relief from migraines and helped me to avoid serious back problems brought on by excessive typing coupled with an extensively long commute.
