ESP Metropolitan Plumbing

We should have noticed the warning signs when ESP Metro Plumbing (Dispatcher Bob) was hesitant to honor an offer that was advertised on their website. However, despite our better judgment we set up a time for them to clean our main sewer line. A week later some guy with multiple facial piercings showed up in front of our house in a run down box truck. He sauntered up to our door and rang the bell (we should have shut the curtains and pretended he wasn't there). He drags his gear into our basement, runs the auger through one time and says "good enough". Good enough? Really? I also foolishly paid an additional $150 for a camera inspection of our main line, for which I never received a copy of the video! These guys advertise honesty and integrity on their website, which makes the fleecing we received even more painful. Go somewhere else for your plumbing needs! Dispatcher Bob is a scam artist!

My laundry tub an old cement one needed replaced, Jim from ESPcame out and replaced tub, with new faucet, I have used ESP for 7 years and I highly recommend them. Reasonably priced, clean and do nice work

ESP COMPANIES came out and cleaned my drain, put a video camera in the drain and showed me large roots, then cleaned drain and showed me again roots were gone. I would highly recommend anytime

After I got an incorrect diagnosis from another company ESP sent out a professional who got it right and solved my problem. They were polite, efficient and really cared to do the job right. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who have any plumbing concerns. They really care about the customer and that's nice to know I can count on them, well done guys!!!
