East Coast Reglazing Co

This company was hired 2 years ago to refinish my tub. They did such a terrible job that after a dozen phone calls and threats of a lawsuit, they returned to fix their sloppy work. Now two years later, my tub is peeling in spots and I regret having to call them back to fix their work.

I had my tub reglazed in August of 2008. Within a few months, the glaze started to peel. I have been calling and leaving messages since then, and Still in 2010 no one has called me back, and the peeling is getting worse. I would not recommend this company.

Terrible terrible service and work!! They did a horrible job on my antique tub and sink, leaving big drip marks everywhere, and they have not returned my many phone calls asking them to come and fix their work. Old rust is already coming through again, and they reglazed only 3 months ago. Also left a mess in the house -- razor blades all over the floor, didn't clean up after themselves, spray residue everywhere. I really regret every having these people over.

After several more phone calls the owner of the company got back to me and sent a guy out on12/17/09 to fix the issues and install the non-slip mat. They also touched up some areas that I nicked while installing the bathroom fixtures

1st several coats was horrible, runs every where. Did not protect the rest of the house from overspray either. I am re-doing the bathroom and they did not cover the door area, allowing spray mist to cover everything on the second flood. Some items were not cleaned off right away by us and now are stained the white paint. They came back out a second time sanded and put another few coats on which drastically helped the problem, but there are still some paint runs and high dirt particles in the finish. Already paid for the non-slip mat and have requested that they come back several times to install the mat as well as complete the touch ups that were required. I have spoken to the owner a couple of times, but to no avail. Now his cell phone states that it is currently not accepting phone calls. Would not recommend this company.

My tub was peeling a year and I have called to get them to honor their warranty about ten times and never hear a word back. Now, they don't even their answering machine on.

I am so impressed with the professional atmosphere that East Coast Co. has. They treated me with nothing but respect and made me feel like number one. I have never in my many years been presented with such an outstanding family owned company. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a great deal and an amazing job. My bathtub has never looked better, it seemed brand new! This business has great prices and is makes you feel comfortable. It's clearly a business owned by a down to earth person that doesn't think he needs to educate you, instead helps you understand everything you need to know. I recommended this business to all my friends and family.
