If you are unable to pay in full they will not make any arrangements! They send you immediately to collections and then the lawyer meets you at court,even if you are paying what you can. Talked with their collections dept. and got terrible customer service! Wanted 10% of amount owed every month. I thought it was to be about the patient and their ability to atleast be paying on your account.Just went to court and they were ready to wreck your credit rating if not paid in full. Will not go to any Aurora Drs anymore, and will not go to this surgical center or any other center they associate with. Merry Christmas Surgical Center! Bah Humbug no gifts for the kids under the tree this year. Not One!!! But you are paid that is all that matters and in full!!!
