I just moved down here and decided this clinic was a good place for my schnauzer's monthly haircut........turns out i was wrong! My dog, Trish looks terrible. The groomer completely shaved of the usual schnauzer mustache and her whole furline was crooked and uneven. When i demanded for a refund, Dr. Bischel and her staff were very rude and unprofessional. They tried to make it as though i'm the one to blame for poor instructions although i was very clear and detailed with my wants for the haircut. Worst clinic i've ever been too.

If there was a ZERO star option, this would be it. Dr.Bischel and her staff are by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL, pompous group of people I have EVER encountered in my life. After dropping off my Yorkshire Terrier off for a trim, in which i gave detailed instructions; when I picked him up he came out traumatized, shaking, and completely bald. The groomer disregarded my instructions and completely BUZZ CLIPPED my poor dog. I have never been so upset in my life,mainly because it felt like my dog was abused. He has absolutely NO HAIR on his body. The marks are crooked & uneven. He will be shivering this entire winter. After asking her what happened &explaining my frustration, she had the audacity to tell me to sit down like a child, POINT HER FINGER at me, as well as tell me i am RUDE and told me I asked for this cut. They are unprofessional, rude & clearly show a lack of concern for animals. By far, the WORST experience of my life. Please for the sake of your pet, keep clear.

I took my Golden Retriever to this office (my regular vet is Otay Vet in Otay Ranch Town Center by the dog park). I went here because my vet was booked and my Golden had an infection and needed antibiotics. I took my 2 boys (5 and 7 yrs). Dr. Bischel was the rudest most unprofessional Vet I have ever encountered. My 5 yr old was swinging his legs and was tapping her leg. She turned and told him he was the rudest boys she's met then proceeded to tell me she doesn't like kids and she's not a pediatrician. I left and told her I wouldn't trust her with an animal since her people skills and unprofessionalism was horrific. My regular vet is amazing I should of waited. She should be out of business soon, she has no tact.

I would like to Thank Dr. Bishell and her staff for there excellent service they provide to my dogs. I feel such comfort knowing that you are there seven days a week no matter how minor or hugh. I feel that my dogs are going to be taken care of. A big THANK YOU. For caring and being. Also being the best VET.

I have been to many vet clinics and, I must say, Dr. Bischel and her staff are by far the best! I was told, by another vet, that my kitty had kidney failure and needed to be put down, so I got a second opinion from Dr. Bischel. I found out that all my kitty needed was a special diet! The atmosphere and the staff are very warm and inviting, not to mention very courteous. Kudos Dr. Bischel!!

This is one of the cleanest veterinary clinics I have been to. Dr Bischel and her staff are professional, caring, thorough.and very nice....
