Ehrler's Ice Cream

I was attending the state track and field championships at UofL on 5/28/2011. A friend and myself decided to purchase an icecream at you vendor. We had forgotten our cash and only had change. We stepped aside to let other customers place their orders while we counted out our $7.50 for 2 cones and overheard the workers talking about how irratated they were with us for using change instead of bills. Then when we returned to purchase the girl informed us that she would ususally be "pissed off" her words not mine because we were using change but since she needed it, it was ok with her. The other woman was berating another customer over wanting a cup instead of a cone. Ehrler's brings back fond memoriies for me a a child but this experience was unacceptable for myself and I hope for your company as well. I just thought you may want to know how your employees are treating your customers. I will definately think twice before I patronage your business again.
