We offer only small group and private lessons. we have the full curriculm as well as womens self-defense and kidafe lessons. Train privately or in a group with an adult, 16 and over group. learn two person drills. No in the air or solo fighting. No testing, belts, kata's or forms to memorize. learn real life streetfighting applications without fear of intimidation from the group. Shy low-key people do well in our group, since we only except gental well-meaning people to learn a life-long serious study of these basic 5 disciplines. We help each other learn, there are no ego's, yet the curriculum is very deadly and can be done by the average person without hours of homestudy, stretching or weights to progress in this system. Come to class, have fun, train to music and learn how to excell way past commercial karate black belts. Wear street cloths and shoes and learn gun defense, knife fighting and stickfighting. This is not sport karate!
