I had signed up with this company about 3 months back, the guaranteed me top ten placement in the local listings for both Google and Yahoo. They actually never even got me much placement at all on Google and on Yahoo I had most of my key phrases on top for maybe a month. After that they dropped down way below the top ten that they guaranteed me. I call them over and over on their 888-777-1909 customer service number and leave message after message and they never get back to me. So frustrating. Then I call their sales line which I think is in India and they act like they can help me but that is to bait me to try and upgrade me into listings in different areas to make more money for themselves. I was very impressed that they had me in the top ten on Yahoo in the first two weeks but my thoughts changed after I dropped down the list rapidly and their customer service went out the window. I think it is time to cancel. I hope that isn't a nightmare as well.

I recently was harrassed and pressured into joining this SUCCESS group..what it really was a waste of time..not accurate...lack customer service skills and unprofessional...I actually contacted the Better Business Bureau as well as Google and Yahoo regarding their lack of integrity and ethics. When I had no keyword phrase match with mine...and it was not finished in the time frame they had guaranteed I asked for my money back..the run around began and took ALL day to resolve. Please be catious with all over the phone or long distance marketing..may be sketchy.
