My company has been using these guys now for a few months, and we are extremely happy with our service so far! We have 7 computers at our main office, and 3 computers at our remote location. Anytime we call for help, Matt himself has been there to take care of our problems! Matt really cares about providing the best service his company possibly can, and it shows!

Technician was on time, knowlegeable, and very friendly! He fixed our printer and program problems and even called the next day to make sure everything was still working well. Would recommend Matt's Computer Medics to anyone who needs help with their hardware or software issues :-)

Pretty good
These days when it is hard to find a good computer company, these guys are good. The tech came in and fixed my e-mail issue. Then he gave me tips on how to keep the computer working better for a long time. After he left I had a question and called them. After a short conversation, they had the ability to remote control my computer and answer the question that I had.

I am sorry, I do not work on printers. The HP G85 are work horses and they lasted a long time. I still have one! Unfortunately they are getting old and time for a new one. They have some great ones from Costo or even Newegg.com. If you order from HP they will throw in free ink! I was told that a gallon of ink jet ink is around $1000 gallon, toner is about $700 gallon and ink that is put in a Konica Minolta is about $600 a gallon. Over the long run, if you are doing a fair amount of printing, Konica is the best, then laser and then Inkjet.

Matt, I have an older HP G85 printer/scanner/fax/copier. It needs service. Do you fixt printers? Best printer I've ever had. 8 years old and I'd hate to replace it. Won't receive faxes.
