"They are truly excellent! I had another company look at my heater to see what was wrong. They were "ify" about the diagnosis and the price was more than I could handle. I called Excellent. They gave me a price quote over the phone "if" diagnosed and fixed within a certain time frame. The problem was difficult and required extra time, but they fixed the problem and charged me less than quoted. Knowledgeable and affordable. What a blessing they are!"
