Simply horrible! Can't get them on the phone during business hours much less after 5 or on weekends and they don't have an email address. No email address in today's age? Really? Just more evidence that they don't want to be contacted.

This has to be the worst management that i have ever seen. Its like pulling your hair out getting things done around here. You never get a call back when you leave a message. Months later your lucky if what you called for gets fixed. If i would have known how this management was run. I WOULD NEVER have bought this place.

These guys know what they are doing...their experience is second to none and their prices are completely reasonable. We will absolutely renew our contract wiht them!

These guys work hard, fast and are efficient at it! How do I know? Well I've worked for them, that's why. It's so hard to keep up with them! They are very professional and have taught me a lot that will help me in the future. Thank you Executive Condominium Management and the Sinners!

I cant beleive the customer service the phone Assistant was wonderful great kind and respectful. I got all the information right away and then the manager call me back after I left a message. If your looking for an management company there the ones too go with.

I'm the owner of the company and have been in business for thiry years. We are in charge of collecting dues on behalf of communities and associations as well as covenant enforcement. People become angery when you do your job and they blame the management company. Dead beats like betty should pay their bills on time, we do not have to call Betty back when she is being garnished and she does not like it. In addition allowing people like " BETTY " to post reviews that are unfonded is totally unprofessional on the part of this web site.

This management company sucks. Mr. Sinner is a jerk, he never returns call and my co-owners and myself are getting ready to SUE THEM for violation of the bylaws and maintenance of our units!
