Exsenator's Ribs and Chicken

I have been a rib lover for over 40 years, I have had Leon's, Lem's from 59th and State , Robinson's , and numerous other white establishments --- but the best is Ex-Senators in Markham, the ribs have the meat on them and are done to perfection, they come off the bone, the sauce mild and hot is freshly made and just perfect-- the menu is great with other goodies that are just as great-- it's a family run bussiness, and I have been thier loyal customer for the last 15 years, they are just of I-57 , you can call ahead and pick-up the order or just wait in their waiting area or outside and smell the hickory aroma. I am glad and elated that they have posted a web-site for all to see. I have been going to Exsenators for about 5 years now. My only complaint is that I moved a couple of years ago and so now I have to drive about 15 miles to go there. This is a true smoke house Bar-B-Q joint. If you ever get the opportunity, definitely try the rib tips or the hot links, or get the combo. You will crave them for weeks after you taste them. Their sauce is incredible too. It's carry out only, so phone ahead or you will be waiting. I can't say enough good things about this place. Ryan
