Dwayne, Thank you all so much for fixing my BMW so professionally. I am so angry to learn the place I went to before in Prince Frederick did such a poor job and put my safety at risk. (No wonder he only accepts cash) I am so happy you are located so close to my home in Dunkirk, Calvert County, and it very refreshing to deal with such an honest family and company instead of the "stealership" I was used to! Dwayne Crawford is the best! He and Bob take care of both of our Mercedes Benz's and we could not be happier. Great family owned and operated business, and only five miles from my home.... I'll never go back to the dealer again. Top shelf service! I dont normally leave praise for fear of messing up a good thing, but I found out about them here online from someone elses post so figured I should pay it forward and leave a comment. Just dont tell anyone else about them so they dont get too busy for us. haha

I waited 20 years to have my Mercedes. Once the warranty was over, I thankfully found Family Auto Care. Now I receive better service closer to home! Dwayne, Wendy and Bob all treat me like family and all share my appreciation for the fine work of art that is a Mercedes-Benz. Not only do they care for my car (Halle is her name) and me, they care about the entire community. They are active with fundraisers and even washing dishes at church suppers! Do yourself a huge favor and join "the family".

I am so happy to say that I have found an actual expert to take care of my two Mercedes Benz, and I no longer have to drive out of Calvert County. These guys have done work for me three times now and every time I have been highly impressed with both the quality of service and the prices charged. Dwayne offers a very high level of professional customer service and went above and beyond explaining the work completed. I will use this company for all my auto service from now on and confidently recomend them to others. I see they also support local charity by donating a Mercedes SLK convertible to the United Way for a benefit raffle. It feels good to do business with a place that cares about the county and neighbors that support them. Great job Dwayne and Charlie! See you soon.

I'm on my 3rd Mercedes being serviced by Dwayne, and he's been working on my Benzes almost from the time he went independent. In all that time there's never been a "come back" for work not done right the first time. Additionally, he's been very helpful in getting the most bang for my maintenance buck with my 1993 190e (271K and still going strong!). Recommend that any MB owner in the area drop by and talk to Dwayne -- I'm sure you'll soon be part of the extended Family Auto "family".

Duane and his staff are top level people. They know their Mercedes products better than the dealer does! I send my customers who own Mercedes to him for all of their work. They know what they're doing, they do it right the first time, and they do it at a reasonable rate. For those of you that own Mercedes Benz automobiles, Family Auto Care is the only name you need to know!

Dwayne has been taking care of my ML430 for a few years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is knowledgeable, personable and provides outstanding service. It's so nice to be treated as a human being instead of a number. I look foward to another couple hundred thousand miles on my ML with Family Auto Mercedes Specialist's excellent care.
