Finest Floors

Like most people we called 3 companies to get an estimate. We wanted new carpet and laminate for our new home. We called "Empire", Carpeteria and then Finest Floors. I could not give a higher recommendation for Finest Floors. Sheldon’s knowledge, patience and customer service skills are all unparalleled. He took the time to understand our needs and tastes, and then offered up selections of carpet, flooring and tile to fit our sense of style. We had just purchased an older home, and wanted to replace all the flooring in the house, which also included extensive tile removal. Sheldon was on the spot answering any questions we had, and his guys were professional and courteous. The job was completed at a highly competitive rate (best rate we'd seen) and finished exactly when we were told it would be. Dealing with Finest Floors could not have been easier. I recommend them to anyone in the Sacramento area looking for flooring or carpet.

Sheldon was able to save me thousands of dollars on carpet for our house (1700sq ft). He was able to secure a top of the line Shaw carpet for me even though his store did not have it. There were some delays with installation due to weather and back order of carpet but after that was worked out(great communication by Sheldon) the installation was successful and turned out wonderfully. Sheldon's installer Freddy was very skilled at what he did. Would recommend Sheldon to any of my family or friends for there next carpet purchase.

I bought a Fixer upper in May of 2009. I Called Sheldon of Finest Floors. He Came out to my new home, and was very courteous and Professional. He and his Professional Licensed installers put in beautiful new Tile and new Carpeting throughout the house. His Prices were the lowest of all my bids that I had Got. But it was his Knowledge and professionalism that made me decide to go with his Company. I had used most of my financial resources to purchase the house, But Sheldon was able to "bill me through escrow". Which means I didn't have to pay a dime until the job was completed in full and after escrow closed. After 20 years of living in our home it was time to remodel. When it came to floors, we needed some laminate and some carpet. We shopped around, but Finest Floors gave us the very best deal. And let me tell you, they were up against the "big Guys" , ie, RC Willeys and Home Depot. Finest Floors actually got us a better Quality of Carpet and... for a Lower Price. Sheldon gave us excellent service as well as giving us a free design consultation and the best Price by far.

Finest Floors came highly recommended by my neighbor. They upgraded most of my floors with a high quality laminate( I have kids). I got georgeous new countertops from finest floors. I shopped around for the best deal I could find for new granite slab countertops. Finest Floors gave me exactly what I wanted and saved me about $1,000 from their competitors. The job went smoothly, and they gave me extras. They even threw in a kitchen sink, literally. Forget those $4000-$5000 quotes. FF did the job for less then half of that with the same amount of time and material. They are the best!
