THEY ARE TERRIBLE
These people are the worse to rent from. They don't spray for bugs, they don't fix things when they are supposed to. Their properties are infested with mice and roaches. The owner has a felony conviction to his name and he is still allowed to own a business. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!

Slum Lords
This company deals underhandedly and below the norm or any landlord situation I have been in. I have seen them enter apts without consent and take people to court for monies already paid. They are a big company with the hands in a lot of peoples pockets. Try to advoid them at all costs!
