Firewater Cafe

What a great place! I have been there many times and never had a bad meal. It is alway delicious, especially the desserts! My favorite, however, is the rueben-can't go wrong!

I just ate at firewater with my boyfriend over the weekend, we eat there quit a bit. i usually try different things and thier always great but my boyfriend gets the same thing everytime- loaded italial beef with sweet fries, he loves it! Great food and great service. they also just added a game room next door at Clockwork Pizza so if you have children they can play while they wait for thier food i would definitelyl recommened this to anyone.

We went to dinner on a Saturday night and the whole restaurant was EMPTY (that should have been our warning sign) The staff was friendly and helpful, but even though we were the only people there the wait for our food was long. The food was very very disappointing. The breadsticks were deep fried and soo greasy (why would you deep fry breadsticks?!?) I got a roasted vegetable focaccia sandwich and was very sad to see that it was not served on focaccia bread at all but an over processed, gooey, soggy bun. My boyfriend got the "famous roast beef" sandwich and what he received looked like meat from taco bell, on the same yucky bread. I guess the french fries were pretty good...

We ate there on 11-13-09 and we sat for an hour and a half before our food was delivered to us cold...warm at best. One order was incorrect and had to be sent back. The grouper was over cooked and the worst I have ever had...won't be returning...yulk!!!!

We love the food, the service, the people that work there. We always are made to feel very welcome and that they are happy to see us come in! The food is very reasonably priced and very, very good.

Firewater cafe` is the best restaurant I've been to in this country. I've traveled to Europe all over Italy and have had the best of great foods. Firewater has a variety of tasty meals. The staff is friendly and perky. They all seemed like they wanted to be there. My favorite part is the atmosphere. The colors are bright and lively, and I'm constantly entertained by the awesome decorating and TV Projector. I never leave Firewater Cafe dissatisfied! I highly recommend it for couples, families, singles, and friends. It is -hands down- Incredible. Reading other reviews, it thrills me that complaints can be made about the wait. The service is excellent. When a restaurant is busy, it might take longer. At least you know the food is good, because so many people want it. That's okay though, some people just don't know the restaurant business (But like to think they do!) Go to firewater. It's real food. It's real good. It's real fun.

I have been going to this restaurant alot and lately the customer service has been lousy. Last night it took 30 minutes to get our order taken then the waitress brought the salads and soups out with the main entree , what a waste we ate the soups salads and little bit of entree and took the rest home. Also a friend left several messages to try to get catering arranged and no call back so they lost out. Hope they get there act together soon.
