Fitness 19

Well I know no situation is ever perfect but I must say I've been a member of fitness 19 in murrieta for quite some time and it has been phenomenal. Its simple, the staff is incredible and always welcoming and friendly. The equipment is high quality, its not broken all the time and the facility is VERY CLEAN, I see the staff cleaning every day. The price is unbeatable and the service is great, I would definitely recommend this gym to everyone and have, I don't plan on going anywhere.

I wish I looked at reviews before I joined this place. I didn't. I moved and have tried to cancel via phone and via letter and they will NOT do it. Month to month is a big fat LIE. It's month until you die or make your bank deal with it. I would never recommend this place. You get what you pay for and they are definitely cheap for a reason.

This is a terrible gym and fitness 19 has extremely confusing policies meant to nickel and dime the heck out of you. They're equipment is broken and the gym is tiny. STAY AWAY. They will take your money and give you hell when you want to cancel. We had to make a trip to the gym, call, and fax an offical letter just to cancel the "No Obligation" membership. Watch out for these guys, they are greedy.

WHILE JOININ THE GYM FEBRUARY 26,2010 I AGREED TO PAY THE FIRST AND LAST MONTH $73 FEE. WHILE ONLY ATTENDING THE GYM FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES WENT IN THE SYSTEM AND TEXTED ME ON MY WAY HOME FROM WORKING OUT. HE HAD TEXTED ME UNCOMFOTABLE TEXT WHEN I ASKED WHO THIS UNKNOWN # WAS HE ASKED "ARE YOU HAVING FUN GUESSING" & "IF ITS ANYONE FROM TE GYM, WHO WOULD YOU LIKE THIS TO BE?" IM A YOUNG FEMALE ADULT SO YOU COULD ONLY IMAGINE HOW I FELT! WHILE CONTACTING THE GYM THE NEXT DAY MIKA (THE MANAGER) MADE RUDE COMMENTS BECAUSE I REQUESTED FOR THE EMPLOYEE TO BE FIRED AND FOR MY REFUND. MIKA RUDELY TOLD ME "THAT EMPLOYEE HAD BILLS TO PAY AND NOW HE CANT". THAT HONESTLY WAS HIM OWN PROBLEM TO JEPERDISE HIS JOB! ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK! BUT NO THEY TOOK ANOTHER $12 OUT MY ACCOUNT (A TOTAL OF $85 ) FOR A GYM I ATTENDED FOR 2 WEEKS!! WELL IN CONCLUSIONG THE COMPANY REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BUT WENT "ABOVE & BEYOND" TO CREDIT ME $91 TO BRING A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER TO
