Fitness Together

I had listened to the Saturday Morning Workout on 107.9 the link for 2 years. The host were so good and knowledgeable that I finally decided I wanted to work with them. I am the traditional Mom, kids first, me last. After the third I could never seem to lose that last 40 lbs. Well after starting to work with trainers at Fitness Together I learned I was never really exercising. I thought I was working hard, WRONG! They have pushed me to see what I can really do and accomplish...and I Love It. They helped me with my nutrition too. I am currently down 25lbs after 2.5 months. With the help of the trainers at Fitness Together I firmly believe these last 15lbs are coming off.

I've always put my family first . . kids, husband, dog, you name it and my body paid the price. Don't get me wrong, I love my family but it was high time Mom got a chance to take care of herself mentally and physically. After checking out several facilities I decided Fitness Together was the best fit for me. Diane (the manager) spent a lot of time with me and I could tell she really cared. The training staff was/is obviously very educated. I am thrilled with my results. I'm wearing jeans I haven't worn in years and actually completed my first 10K in August - I had never run so much as a mile in my entire life The workouts are tough, but I leave every session feeling great. What I like most is that I've never been a number - everyone there knows my kids names, where I'm from, etc. It's a family and I give a heartfelt recommendation to check them out if your interested in getting in shape

I've been a client for 4 months now. I've been pushed more than I could have ever expected...and thus the 45+ lbs of weight loss. I always thought I was working hard before, but know I know I can work harder and my results show. I work LONG hours everyday but my trainer makes sure I get my workout in...no excuses. These folks talk a brilliant game, but do not seem to listen. Therefore it's not "personal" training; just training. Their version of training cost me dearly as one of their trainers over-did it with my first session, leaving me unable to exercise for weeks. Their response was NO response. Then charged me to damage my body. Keep looking.
