Five Points Service Center

This location is very convienent to my work and therefore worked great for me today! The guy there was very polite and helpful and got me in and out of there without much time at all. I did leave my car there and walk back to work to give them time, but they didn't need much which was nice. They called back with an explanation of the shaking and said I was all set. $50 for balancing all tires wasn't too bad, but I could have gotten it for $40, without the convience or politeness I received though. I have to agree with Huey on this one, but I cannot say that I have gone there for any sort of major repair. That may be a different story. This business is in the right place for what they charge,

VERY friendly and VERY convenient but VERY over priced as well! Wanted $350.00 more, yes $350.00 not $35.00 to replace same parts as my other mechanic. Something seems a little wrong with that to me. Do yourself a favor and get a second quote... $350,00 is not pocket change. I was very disappointed in this as we used them many times in the past and now i wonder just how much money i could have saved for a little less convenience. That day they lost themselves not one but two customers. Perfect garage for those rolling in money wanting to just give it away to their mechanic.
