The Flagler Avenue Coffee House & Mercantile building was constructed in 1910 and is a historical landmark. This unique location is one block from the beach with an outside deck for people watching and socializing. We offer homemade muffins, breakfast & lunch sandwiches, soups, fresh fruit smoothies, beer, wine & delightful mimosas made with fresh squeezed Florida orange juice. The homemade "Cilantro Cran-Apple Chicken Salad" is a favorite of locals as well as tourists. We feature an array of vintage beach collectibles, toys & games, T-Shirts, beautiful gifts, artwork & pottery designed by local artisans and specialty food items. Deb & Tom Exum, proprietors, welcome you to visit often, relax and feel at home.

Great way to start the morning
Had an enjoyable time. Coffee was great, atmosphere was cozy and the conversation was interesting. I'll be back again.

Best Lil' Ole Coffee House Around!
This is the BEST coffee I've had in years. I'm also a fan of the homemade (healthy) muffins baked fresh every morning....yummy.

FREE WiFi, Great Food & Cool Porch!
Hats off to Flagler Avenue Coffee House for FREE WiFi, a friendly staff & superb coffee drinks! This quaint old beach cottage turned coffee house has a great vibe! The front porch is a perfect spot to chill out with a cold beer under the tiki umbrellas.

No points for being cheap...
This is the only coffee shop I've ever been in where you're not allowed to plug your laptop into the outlet. The espresso drinks cost more than most places, but the owners are flat-out cheap. Boo, Flagler Coffee. Boo.
