Excellent, after getting the run around and terrible service at the dealership, I took my car to Flash Automotive. Great staff, quick service/advice and best of all the repair was 1/2 the price of what the dealership quoted. Couldn't be happier, one of the few honest repair shops out there.

Recently while driving home from work my engine warning light came on. I got on line that night to look for an automotive repair shop. I luckily came across the web site for Flash Automotive. I was very impressed with the reviews written about their work. The next day I called and Becky was able to get me in within a half hour. Bill checked over my car and told me the only problem was that I had failed to tighten my gas cap which had allowed air in the system which triggered the warning light. Being a single woman who knows nothing about cars, he could have easily taken advantage of me, but he didn't. This is the only automotive repair shop where I have felt like the service was honest and I didn't have to be afraid of being taken advantage of. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. They have a customer for life and I have told all my friends about my excellent experience there. Thank you Becky and Bill.

I say go to flash automotive repair even if you have a regular mechanic because the service and knowledge that flash has will out top any mechanic around. Save your money and get your car fixed right the first time.

I moved to Tucson about a year ago and needed a reputable mechanic. The customer service I received was excellent. The head mechanic thier, i believe his name is Paul, worked on my Subaru personally. From the pictures on the walls, you can tell he races cars. If you know anything about people who race cars, you'll know they are far more superior to the mechanics of automobiles then your normal mechanic. From what I experienced with Flash, I realize they are more into thier quality of work then the quantity. I would highly recommend them and as long as I am here in Tucson, they will be my exclusive mechanic. Thanks Flash!
